Anastasia has amazing energy. Her approach is deeply loving but firm and structured at the same time. She walks you through the process and is always there for you. She is patient and able to hold space, never judging. Instead, she is curious and inquires about every part that shows up. I´ve been through many therapies and tried out all sorts of modalities. I would consider myself as a difficult case and I have to say, not many things were helpful. IFS is one of the rare methods that convinced me, and Anastasia excels at it. You can literally feel her passion and drive to do this work. She can move you through your darkest inner places and never loses faith in the strength of your true self and spirit. She´s been given a gift and is using it. Above all, Anastasia is authentic and not afraid to admit her own flaws and struggles. She truly walks her talk! This work is not easy and not a quick fix but absolutely worthwhile. Having Anastasia by your side will make it much easier!

Before working with Anastasia I had so much inner turmoil that my life was chaos and I was at an impasse. After working with her my entire world has shifted, both inside and outside myself. My inner world is so much more peaceful which has made my entire life abundantly more beautiful.

I sit writing this with great joy and gratitude for Anastasia and the IFS System. Therapeutically, I have struggled for years due to cPTSD. I have tried many therapies over many years and though a few were helpful, IFS was very direct and effective for working with old traumas and rendering them much much less triggering. Once I got into the idea of having all of these”parts” within myself, therapy became like a treasure hunt and seeing my parts as treasure was a major step in my healing journey. IFS therapy makes so much sense on so many levels and allows a practice of compassion for the self so that healing becomes more automatic and the knots in the mind and spirit unravel more easily. Not to say the work isn’t hard, it can be. But because the work is all internal it feels just separate enough to move easily and look within. Anastasia herself was a major key in learning and using this new(to me) modality. With her gentle guidance I felt safe. With her curiosity and perceptions I felt heard. She made sure we only went as quickly as was comfortable and was excellent at asking questions to keep me curios when I began getting afraid. I felt like I had a true partner on my treasure hunt who was as committed and excited as i was. I am certain there are many amazing IFS practitioners. Anastasia is one of them!

Just had the privilege and opportunity to begin working with this wonderful lady. She helps people using the Internal family system model (form of psychotherapy) In one session she has helped me in a powerful way to clarify and dive deeper into who I am, all the different parts of me, the roles I play, the wounds. She is amazing, intuitive, insightful, and her work shifts things in your heart. She is helping me to piece together all the broken parts of my self, and to transform what doesn't serve me. She is heart centred, and has great energy, and is non judgmental.
