WEEK one: Life Review
During week one of our 8-week 1:1 Shadow Work Coaching program, we’ll embark on a deep exploration of your life to uncover where you are right now. We’ll look at the symptoms of your shadow that may be holding you back from living from your True Sovereign Self.
By identifying these patterns and behaviours, we’ll begin to shed light on the aspects of yourself that have been hidden away in the shadows. This process of self-reflection and self-awareness is essential to laying the foundation for true healing and transformation.
Through our work together, you’ll learn to see yourself with fresh eyes, gaining valuable insights and a newfound appreciation for your journey. Get ready to dive deep into your inner world and emerge with a clearer sense of purpose and direction for your life.
Week TwO: Doorways into Existence
In week two, we’ll embark on a journey through your “Doorways into Existence” – your mother and father. Together, we’ll explore your parental wounds and ancestral line, uncovering the spiritual and psychological inheritance you’ve gained from your bloodline.
This process can be a powerful and transformative experience, helping you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, your relationships, and the patterns that may be holding you back in life. By diving into the layers of your ancestry, we’ll begin to understand how these patterns may be affecting your present-day experiences.
This is a crucial step in your journey towards healing and growth, and I will hold a safe and loving container for you to do this sacred work.
Week Three: The inner Child
During Week 3, we’ll focus on your inner child, one of the most innocent, vulnerable, and wounded aspects of our being.
Creating a safe and nurturing space, we’ll journey together to connect with this part of yourself and begin the healing process. Through a guided journey, we’ll revisit moments from your childhood where you may have experienced pain, neglect, or trauma. Together, we’ll explore how these experiences may be affecting your present-day life and relationships, and we’ll work to reclaim lost aspects of yourself.
This profound and transformative process offers an opportunity for deep emotional release and re-connection with the younger version/versions of yourself. As your guide, I will safely lead you through this sacred journey, holding space for your inner child to be seen, heard, and ultimately healed.
Week four: sacred mirrors
During week four, we’ll be exploring the concept of sacred mirrors, where we find ourselves reflected in the actions and behaviours of others. This classic shadow work helps us to uncover our projections and triggers, revealing parts of ourselves that we may not have been aware of before.
In addition to this, we’ll be delving into the “Black and White Mirrors” exercise, where you’ll take an honest and open look at yourself, examining not just your negative traits but also your positive ones. This can be a challenging but transformative experience, allowing you to see yourself in a new light and gain a deeper understanding of who you are.
Through this process, you’ll have the opportunity to be witnessed to what you’ve uncovered in the black-and-white mirror exercise, which can be an incredibly powerful experience. It can feel like a weight has been lifted, and you can move forward with a newfound sense of self-awareness and self-acceptance. As always, I’ll be here to guide you through this process with love and compassion.
week five: dark awakenings
During week five, we’ll explore the concept of “dark awakenings,” a process of waking up through suffering.
While it may be difficult to find the silver lining in times of pain, this week, we’ll work together to find the deeper meaning behind a painful experience you’ve had or are having.
Through guided reflection and introspection, we’ll examine the lessons that can be learned from adversity and how this experience can lead to personal growth and transformation.
This process can be challenging, but it can also be an opportunity to tap into your inner strength and resilience, ultimately leading to a greater sense of purpose and clarity in your life. As your guide, I will hold space for you to explore this sacred journey with compassion, empathy, and care.
Week six: parts as Portals
During week six, we will explore the inner world of your psyche through the lens of the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model. This powerful approach helps us understand the different parts of ourselves that make up our whole being, each with its own unique perspective, needs, and desires.
Through a parts work session, you will have the opportunity to identify and explore these parts in a safe and supportive space. By understanding and honoring your parts, you can begin to cultivate a sense of wholeness and integration, ultimately leading to greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and a deeper connection with your True Sovereign Self.
I will guide you through this process with care and compassion, helping you to uncover the wisdom and insight that each part of yourself holds.
Week Seven: The Dream Realm
During week seven, we’ll be diving into the fascinating world of dreams and using them as a powerful tool for self-discovery.
Through the use of the dream journal provided in the workbook, we’ll work to uncover patterns and symbols that may be arising from the depths of your unconscious mind. Dreams can offer us valuable insights into our deepest desires, fears, and motivations, and by exploring them, we can gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and our inner world.
This week is all about connecting with the symbols and messages that your dreams are offering you, and using them to enhance your self-awareness and introspection. I will be your guide as we explore the mysterious and rich landscape of your unconscious mind, helping you to decipher the language of your dreams and unlock their hidden meanings.
Week eight: Your personal myth
During our final week together, we will integrate all the insights and discoveries you’ve made throughout our journey and use them to create your personal myth.
This is your chance to weave together the threads of your experience into a powerful story of transformation, growth, and self-discovery. To walk the path of your True Sovereign Self, taking the lessons learned from each week and using them to create a map for your future.
This is an integration session, where you will bring together all the pieces of yourself to create a cohesive narrative that reflects the beauty and complexity of who you are. Through this process, you will gain a deeper sense of purpose, connection, and direction and leave our time together with a sense of clarity and inspiration for your journey ahead. ❤️🔥

All sessions are over Zoom. You will receive the link 24 hours before the session, so please check your inbox. To prepare yourself for the session, spend as much time as necessary in a quiet space and ask yourself the question, “What do I need to heal and transform?” Record your answers in a journal and bring this to the session. For sessions water, tissues and a quiet space where you feel relaxed are recommended.
- After booking, I will email you with a confirmation. If you do not hear from me for some reason beyond my control, please email.
- I will need your time zone and three available dates and times.
- For scheduling sessions, I need a minimum 48 hours notice.
- If you are later than 20 minutes for our appointment, you will need to rebook and may lose the session.
- For cancelling sessions, please give 24 hours notice. Otherwise, you will lose the session. In the case of unavoidable urgent needs, I will discuss specific accommodations with you.
